I found your overlays and I found them to be very clean and well done!
I'm not quite sure if Twitch Banners are also your strong suite, but I am in need of your expertise!
Below i'll link you to an imgur image.
it's a very rough image of what I would love to have but please feel free to add your own creativity!!!

I am not sure if i want the pulses to be centered or at the begining and end of my username ( INVERTED ).
with this image have the colors centered but fade out to black (bottom) and Neon/Cyan (top).

I'm still unsure of where I want the pulses.
with this image I have the graying trim around the pulses but as the pulse stretches I would like it to white out and then return back to grey as is continues horizontally.
perhaps you could add lightning strikes randomly throughout the image as a background view (:
